LATEST UPDATE: Airlines review daily which flights they will or will not operate. We have no information regarding possible flight schedules. We advise you to monitor all information on the airline's website.

At all times, the airline remains responsible for assisting you should you experience irregularities prior to or during your trip (due to the situation in the Middle East). The airline may not refer you to a third party, such as a travel agent. The airline always has many more options for rebooking you (e.g., to other airlines).

What we CANNOT help you with:

  • Rebookings to other airlines (e.g., if you still need to travel back). Only the airline has the authority to do this. We can only assist you with rebooking to the airline you have already booked (and only if flights are available).
  • Requests for compensation. For this, you should contact the airline. They will generally invoke force majeure.

What we CAN help you with:

  • Rebookings to the same airline, subject to availability (e.g., if you want to travel much later).
  • Has your flight been cancelled and do you want a refund of the ticket price? We can submit a request to the airline on your behalf. The final processing is handled by the airline.
