You can find your booking reference (also called booking/reservation code or PNR) in our ticket email, under the heading: "Booking reference(s)". This is the number you use to check in online on the website of the airline.
The bookings reference often consists of 5 to 7 characters, and can be a combination of letters and/numbers.
Note: The TripID shown at the top right corner of our emails should not be used. This is our internal reference. The airline does not recognize this number.
